Why I am building inGen – My Journey

  • June 25, 2024

As the founder of a Robotics, AI, Automation, and Platform company, my journey has been passionate and a deep-rooted belief that we can make the world a better place. I have always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and its ability to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. This curiosity led me to create a company focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve some of the most pressing challenges of our time.

When I started my journey as a founder, I was clear on one thing: I wanted to create something that would make a difference. I knew that core sectors were ripe for disruption and could benefit from the power of Robotics and AI. Sectors such as education, surveillance, healthcare, telemedicine, elderly care, and fitness all have immense potential to be transformed using these technologies.

“Technology is nothing. What’s important is that you have faith in people, that they’re basically good and smart, and if you give them tools, they’ll do wonderful things with them,” said Steve Jobs. Our Robotics and AI platform provides the tools to unlock the potential of these sectors, enabling people to do wonderful things with them.

My journey as a founder has been shaped by my background in Robotics and AI, my experiences in 5 startups in enterprise and automation, and my global career with IBM. I have always been passionate about the power of technology to transform lives, and this passion led me to start this company. “The important thing is not being afraid to take a chance. Remember, the greatest failure is not to try. Once you find something you love to do, be the best at doing it.” said Steve Jobs. That is precisely what we are doing at our company.

For me, this company is not just about making money. It is about building a better future, one where technology is harnessed for the greater good. “I am opposed to the laying down rules or conditions to be observed in the construction of bridges lest the progress of improvement tomorrow might be embarrassed or shackled by recording or registering as law the prejudices or errors of today,” said Isambard Kingdom Brunel. The prejudices or errors of today do not bind us, which makes this journey so exciting. We have the opportunity to shape the future, which is a responsibility we take very seriously.

Finally, as Elon Musk once said, “The future is not some place we are going to, but one we are creating. The paths are not to be found but made.” We are creating that future, one where Robotics and AI are used to make the world a better place, and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of it.
