What Makes Us Different?

We never set out to become investors. When we started our business, our focus was on talking to our users, understanding their needs, and building the tools to help them succeed. This approach led to our products being getting good recognition worldwide.

As our success grew, we attracted private equity and venture capital investors, but these experiences were consistently unpleasant. Many investors didn't understand the our ecosystem. They dragged out deals for months, constantly renegotiated, and made the whole process miserable.

We found that other bootstrapped entrepreneurs shared similar frustrations:

  • Private Equity: They lure founders with high valuations, but over the 3-6 month renegotiation period, founders learn that the money isnʼt upfront. Instead, complex terms lock founders into working for them for several years to earn out the valuation.
  • Venture Capital: They offer seemingly huge valuations, but the lengthy process reveals their lack of genuine interest, often using founders to collect data. When they do invest, there's no immediate cash for founders—only growth capital with complex terms and requirements.

This approach felt wrong, so we decided to create a new way. Our goal is to be the investors we wish we had when we first started out.

Our fund is exclusively supported by other founders , ensuring fast, friendly, and simple deal processes for entrepreneurs while providing exceptional care for their businesses. In addition to financial investment, we work closely with each team to refine and optimize their products and processes using our extensive experience and resources. Our portfolio companies benefit from our vast media resources and the business network weʼve built over the last two last decades.

What We Look For in Businesses/Investments:
