Arshad Hisham

Hello, my name is Arshad Hisham, and I am an internationally recognized serial entrepreneur, Executive Leader, CEO, Board Member, Advisor, Educator, Managing Consultant, Investor, Engineer, and Inventor with degrees in Business, Engineering, and an MBA. I have a proven track record of exceptional achievements, transforming simple ideas into multimillion-dollar businesses, gaining worldwide press coverage, and negotiating complex exit sales to billion-dollar global conglomerates.

Early Life

I was born in Kannur, Kerala, India. From an early age, my competitive nature drove me to excel in everything I pursued. At just 10 years old, I launched my first business, selling physics lab simulations created on a Commodore 64 to my classmates. Within a year, I successfully expanded my customer base tenfold, and my entrepreneurial spirit continued to thrive, leading to several successful ventures throughout my youth.

My father, a retired Assistant General Manager from a national government bank in India, had a job that required us to move every three years. This frequent relocation helped me become adaptable, open to new ideas, and comfortable with making new friends in diverse environments. This experience gave me the confidence and ability to start over and build from scratch in each new place.

I was fascinated with computers, robots, and science fiction from an early age. Reading Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series at the age of 11 significantly shaped my thinking about science, technology, and the future of humanity. This book had a profound impact on my life’s trajectory. At 15, I achieved a national level merit in science, placing me in the top 0.01% of candidates in India for competitive high school exams. My passion for computers, robots, and entrepreneurship continued through high school, leading to my success in engineering entrance examinations and admission to NIT Calicut, one of the top 10 engineering colleges in India.

During my college years, I was very active in student organizations, being elected to the college union twice and serving as President of the Computer Society of India (CSI). I was a founding member responsible for rejuvenating the Ragam festival after an 18-year hiatus and led the student robotics soccer club. I also helped establish the Mechatronics Lab, which has since grown significantly. I excelled in several subjects related to Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science, consistently achieving top marks and receiving the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. I was also part of the Linux hobby group and contributed to kernel development.

In college, I created a video game similar to Bricks, which became a cult hit among students. Additionally, I set up an entrepreneurial venture selling group CDs, which gained significant traction. I raised funds and sponsorships for various events and programs as part of several student committees and groups. I also published a paper on “Kohonen Back Propagation Networks,” a predecessor to current AI and Neural Networks, in an international symposium. My project on robots playing soccer (FIRA) utilized multidisciplinary technology involving vision, control systems, neural networks, mechatronics, embedded systems, electronics, and electrical engineering. This project won several national and international accolades and was showcased at prominent science fairs, symposiums, and international events. I was recruited to IBM during my final year at college.

Professional Life

I began my career in the early 2000s with a robust foundation in consulting and account management at IBM and Bluephoenix Solutions. Between August 2001 and September 2008, I executed key pilot projects for new customers across the Asia-Pacific, U.S., Australia, and Europe, consistently earning an “A+” performance rating for my strategic business acumen. These projects included work for the Government of Australia, Government of Greece, Toyota, Volvo, Mutual America, and Citibank. This experience laid the groundwork for my future entrepreneurial ventures, providing me with a deep understanding of global markets and the intricacies of technology-driven business solutions.

I established and led rapidly growing startups such as BusinessNow, EasyShop, and LordofOdds across the US, Middle East, UK, and India. These ventures spanned diverse industries, including enterprise software, online gaming, and point-of-sale systems, each achieving profitability and varying degrees of success under my leadership. From January 2012 to March 2015, I served as the Founder and CEO , and, Board Member of EasyTrackX in Dubai, U.A.E., where I significantly grew revenues and negotiated a successful 50% exit to a $1.2 billion automobile group ranked #10 by Forbes.

In July 2015, I founded InGen Dynamics with a mission to enhance the quality of life through affordable AI and robotics. Under my leadership, the company grew from a concept to a multimillion-dollar enterprise within five years. By 2021, I secured a $50 million PIPE facility, increasing it to $150 million by 2023, and generating $156.5 million in investment commitments. My strategic foresight ensured the company’s consistent presence in top market research reports globally. Alongside leading InGen Dynamics, I have been an influential board member, advisor, and angel investor for various startups and SMEs across Silicon Valley, the Middle East, and India, further solidifying my reputation as a dynamic and impactful leader in the technology and innovation space. As an internationally recognized serial entrepreneur, Executive Leader, CEO, Board Member, Advisor, Educator, Managing Consultant, Investor, Engineer, and Inventor with degrees in Business, Engineering, and an MBA, I am driven and motivated with a proven track record of exceptional achievements. Between 2008 and 2015, I founded four rapidly growing startups in Enterprise Software,
Vehicle Automation, Point of Sale Systems, and Online Gaming (B2C). Since establishing InGen Dynamics in 2015, I have driven the company to significant growth and innovation in AI, Automation, and Robotics. Our products, such as Aido, Sentinel, Kaiser.Haus, and Origami, address global challenges like labor shortages and environmental sustainability.

By Q2 2024, we achieved an $80M revenue pipeline and deployed pre-production Tabletop Aido robots in the US, London, and the Asia Pacific. With over 750,000 hours of field operations, Sentinel and Kaiser are supported by a world-class team and extensive R&D.
