Born in Kannur, Kerala, Arshad launched his first venture at 10 years old on a Commodore 64. From those humble beginnings, he built four startups between 2008–2015, then founded InGen Dynamics in 2015—growing it to $80M revenue pipeline by 2025 with robots deployed across the US, UK, and Asia-Pacific.

Previously Arshad had the distinction of receiving a private invitation from the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and UK Secretary of State to attend the distinguished US Business Reception in London during the US Presidential State Visit, as part of the Economic Prosperity Deal. Born in Kannur, Kerala, India, Arshad Hisham's journey began with a Commodore 64 and an entrepreneurial spark that was impossible to contain. By the time he was a teenager, he had achieved national merit in science—placing in the top 0.01% across India—and was admitted to NIT Calicut, one of India's premier engineering institutions, consistently ranked among the top 10 engineering colleges in India.

In college, he founded a student robotics soccer club, co-authored research on Kohonen Back Propagation Networks (a predecessor to current AI and Neural Networks), helped revive the legendary Ragam festival after an 18-year hiatus, served as President of the Computer Society of India (CSI), and was recruited directly by IBM during his final year—a testament to the rare caliber of his talent.

His early corporate career at IBM and Bluephoenix Solutions (IBM Spinoff & NASDAQ listed) took him across Asia-Pacific, US, Australia, and Europe from 2001–2008, earning consistent "A+" ratings and delivering landmark projects for the Government of Australia, Government of Greece, Toyota, Volvo, Mutual America, and Citibank.

Between 2008 and 2015, Arshad founded four rapidly growing startups—BusinessNow (ERP), EasyShop (POS), EasyTrackX, and LordofOdds—spanning enterprise software, vehicle automation, POS systems, and online gaming. His negotiation of a 50% exit of EasyTrackX to a $1.2 billion automobile conglomerate (ranked #10 by Forbes) marked a defining milestone.

In July 2015, Arshad founded InGen Dynamics with a singular mission: to improve quality of life through affordable, practical AI and Robotics. By 2021, he secured a $50 million PIPE facility at a $225 million post-IPO valuation from GEM (Global Emerging Markets), increasing it to $150 million by 2023. By 2025, the company had secured $157 million in investment commitments, built an $80M revenue pipeline, and deployed robots across the US, UK, and Asia-Pacific with over one million hours of field operations.

As an Educator, Arshad designed an engineering degree curriculum in AI, Automation, and Robotics now taught at leading universities worldwide through the Futurenauts initiative. He was personally invited by the Government of India to design the national AI, Ethics, and Governance curriculum for the Indian Administrative Services (IAS/IPS/IFS/IRS). He serves on the Steering Committee for AI, Automation, Robotics and Education at Manchester University, a Russell Group institution in the UK.

He has served on Advisory Councils at California State East Bay and Forbes, and as an expert reviewer (jury) for the prestigious Edison Awards. As an angel investor and board advisor, he supports SMEs, nonprofits, and startups in healthcare, cybersecurity, facilities management, education, and finance, spanning London, New York, Bangalore, and Dubai.

Private Equity: They lure founders with high valuations, but over the 3-6 month renegotiation period, founders learn that the money isn't upfront. Complex terms lock founders into working for them for several years to earn out the valuation.
